We contacted Paul at The Duct Cleaning Specialists to clean the HVAC system before we moved into our new home. Booking our appointment was a breeze and Paul was a pleasure to work with - he booked the Standard service and did not try to upsell us on anything we may not have needed. Our technicians Mark and Marlon were awesome. They arrived on site within the specified time and even called to let us know they were on their way. Mark thoroughly explained the process before they began. He also showed me before and after photos throughout the process, which reaffirmed our decision to conduct the cleaning. He and Marlon were very professional and friendly, and they did a great job cleaning up when they were done. We would definitely recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists, especially when moving into a new home!
