Revive Contracting - Robb Lavine

We needed more space, updates and a great income property option (or two). I met Robb through a friend and he made time for us from the very beginning. That never changed. His quote was average range from others. He and his team stayed on time and on budget within their control. If our old house hit a snag in the major project, he gave us the extra days and estimated cost and met them each time (there were a few). I have more than thirty glowing words for this company but I will leave with this. Every member on his team has integrity and are very, very good, hard working and committed individuals.

We hired Robb and his team based on his fair quote and ability to start the job quickly. We were extremely happy with his entire crew, from the quality of workmanship to their professionalism in our phone/email conversations. Robb did everything he promised to do, on time, and on budget. We could not have been happier with our choice of contractor, especially when spending a significant chunk of change and being displaced from your home for several weeks - it makes it much more bearable when you can trust the folks working in your home and you are thrilled with the results. Would hire his team again and have passed on his name to many!

I contacted Robb to build a laundry room for me on the main floor. His estimate for the work was very fair and he had the flexibility to start the work quickly.

He worked hands on and brought in top quality professionals to do the electrical and plumbing work. Throughout the process Robb consulted with me to make the most out of a difficult space. The carpentry was perfectly finished which is not an easy feat in an old house which was more than slightly crooked.

An excellent job, done in a timely manner and Robb always left my house clean each day. Highly recommended.
