Sales - customer service - installers have been good! 3 replacement crank bedroom windows, 1 bonus room, and a hallway completed. Old windows 18 years old so not that old but they always condensed the winter air and created ice build up, and super hot in summer and icy in winter. The latter were completed last fall and did not have any ice build up issues. Looking forward to cooler summers and temperate winters
