We recently purchased an old home for our expanding family. We noticed that among many of it's wonderful quirks the latch in the door locks were not catching properly. We had to either lean on the front door (from the inside), or pull it (on the outside) with most of our weight in order to get the deadbolt to close. The realtor had the locks re-keyed but we decided to replace them. We called around for a few quotes and settled on Ottawa Locksmith. It wasn't until they arrived that we realized we had not bought a replacement lock - oops. Luckily the technician (Dan) had some with him, and surprisingly one that matched the handle. He was friendly, efficient, and tidied up after himself (he had to do some work on the door jamb in order to get the bolt to go in smoothly). All in all we were quite pleased with the work he did, the locks work wonderfully. We would highly recommend them.
