I'm going to do this review a bit differently. I'll do it now and then update it after a few months to see how everything held up.

So I contacted Done Right Roofing for a quote to get my roof redone in spring or summer. I was convinced by the sales guy to get it done in January for a large discount. I had heard horror stories from other people about getting a roof done in the winter because the general rule of thumb is that the roof shingles will not seal until summer and there is a high potential for leaks. I was convinced by the sales guy that this wasn't so much the case with the new adhesives on shingles and the fact that Done Right carries a 15 yr warranty themselves to cover any leaks or problems that may arise. He said that he offers a few spots in January at a discount in order to keep his crews working through the slow season of winter. Done Right doesn't sub out anything and wants to maintain its workforce throughout winter....made sense to me so I went ahead and signed up for a January install.

They ripped the old roof of last week in -20 weather, then waited until the Chinook to hit before they did the shingling. The job was completed in a day and the crew was very pleasant and respectful and cleaned up their mess without any problems. The Customer Service girl (Sarah I think) was very easy to deal with on the phone and was a voice of reason when I started getting nervous about doing my roof in the dead of winter (so many people told me not to do it, but the discount made the risk worth it in my opinion...not to mention that the 15 yr warranty gives you a bit of peace of mind)

So now I have my beautiful new roof and I'm kind of playing the waiting game. I'll be checking my attic for leaks and I will come back on here and let you all know how it went after 6 months or so. I've currently given them 4-stars but will upgrade to 5 stars if everything checks out after winter. But all in all I would say that the experience of getting a new roof with Done Right Roofing has so far been very positive. Good price, good customer service and my new roof looks great. As long as I don't have any problems associated with installing a roof in winter then I would have no problems recommending Done Right Roofing to anyone.
