You want Trent running your project. Really. We will have only Trent back to fix up more of our old house.
Trent is: SKILLED, professional, personable, conscientious, orderly, experienced, tidy, imaginative and a really nice guy,… and his guys are really nice guys. They even liked my big, giddy dog.
His quote was fair, with all the appropriate warnings of working in an old house. Hidden problems (galvanized pipes, unknown knob and tube, mold!) were fully explained and talked out. We always had the option to forego his advice, which we always took. At no point did we ever feel overcharged or hood-winked. We always felt that OUR long term satisfaction came first.
He overhauled our kitchen, inserted a new laundry area, installed new appliances with new plumbing, installed new gas, changed out windows and doors, added a deck, made it disabled-friendly and worked with the city to keep it to code. Also, he took on the overwhelming task of getting the permits, working with architects, electricians and inspectors.
Trent earns his good reputation in everything he does.
