We had Royal York Roofing replace the roof on our Semi when it began leaking. The job was done quickly (they started almost right away) and cleanly with minimal disruption to our lives.

The best part was that Bruce explained everything clearly and, unlike other companies that quoted the job, didn't try to scare us and run up the cost.

I found Bruce and team delivered an excellent service for the roofing job. Bruce was able to coordinate the project within 2 days to accommodate my request. There were 7 to 8 people in the crew for the day. They were efficient and they did a good job cleaning up around my swimming pool. I really like the choice of shingles (Certain Teed) they recommended as well.

RYR had very good ratings everywhere we looked. They're salesman seemed professional. We chose them over competing bids. First day they were supposed to come I took the day off work because they only access is through the house. I was told they would start at 7am. At 11 I called the office since there was no sign of them. I was told they rescheduled until the next day and someone should have called to let me know. They never called. Second day (another day off work) 7am start, 10:30 they finally arrived. They did not have the proper equipment so they only did a little bit of work and left. Third day (another day off work for me) they ran into problems that they weren't prepared for and couldn't finish the work. Pretty much the same thing happened for the next three visits which were a week apart. On the 4th visit they melted the vinyl siding with the torch and were not about to do anything about it. After 5 visits (5 weeks, 5 days off work for me) they were finally done a very mediocre job. Until last week when the downspout fell off....Did I mention in response to this review the manager Pavel offered me $500 to take down the review? Very trustworthy company

I had a leak in the roof. I wanted it done as soon as possible. Reasonable price, fast service, great job, great cleanup afterwards. Great to deal with. I will recommend them to my friends.

Our daughter recommended Royal York Roofing to us. Bruce's estimate was competitive and they were professional from start to finish. Luca knew what he was doing leading the crew. They responded immediately to our request for an earlier installation date when last week's rain caused leaking in our kitchen. A representative checked the completed job the next day to make sure we were satisfied. These people are excellent!

Very good experience, they provided the best quote out of 3 and I was happy with what they did. When I had specific requests they were attended to. The roofers were pleasant and professional.

We bought our house a year ago, and when my husband who used to do roofing during summer holidays as a student took a look at our roof he was shocked. Although, we were told the roof was no more than 5 years old, my husband saw a lot of defects and rather than waiting for leaks to start, he did some research and decided to call Royal York Roofing.

To my pleasant surprise, the roof was done in a day, cleaned up all around, and was done in a professional manner. When my husband went to check on the job done, he was fully satisfied, and said that is the way the roof should look like.

Royal York Roofing proved to be a very professional and highly competitive company. We just replaced our roof and must admit that their work was impeccable. As an architect I have seen a few roof installations none compare to the quality and workmanship of RYR.
From the start, Bruce proved to be very knowledgeable and experienced on roofs where others had failed to point out Code issues and construction types. He suggested upgrades and explained the benefits without being in the least pushy. In the end his quotation despite the higher grade products was extremely competitive. The bin arrived in the morning followed by the crew who set up tarps to cover all around the house and commenced with removing the existing roofing. They worked like clockwork and were very organized and pleasant and once they cleaned up you could hardly know they were ever there aside from the excellent job they had completed. Bruce came the following day to conduct his own review of the work and confirm that all was done to the high standards of RYR. Needless to say the job was completed ahead of the estimated date. I would like to thank the owner of RYR for his expressed interest that the job was well done.

Very happy with the Customer Service from beginning to the end of our project. Bruce was very nice to deal with when we were getting our quote. He explained everything very clearly and after many different quotes, we went with Royal York Roofing. The guys that came to remove our old shingles and install our new roof were VERY hard workers!
