Rob did a home install of TV and Audio sound system for us under somewhat complicated circumstances. This required him to come back on several occasions to tweak and re-tweak. Rob was happy to do this without any additional charges and always with a smile on his face. Rob knows his business very well and is a pleasure to work with. Jeff
