I am the owner of the home where the furnace was installed. I live in Kitchener and purchase over the phone with A Plus Air Systems.
Regarding purchase: Bernie was very professional and explained furnace specs so that I could compare it to other models etc.
I am confident that should any issues arise, A Plus Air Systems will
stand behind the warranty and service agreement.
Regarding the installation: Staff was professional, work was done in the expected time frame, they did not leave any mess behind and the furnace seem to be working just fine.

Irfan was very quick and responsive. He provided great detail on work required and the features of the products. Once we agreed on the way forward, the installation was immediate and professionally coordinated. Highly recommended!

Throughout the sales process and the installation of my new gas generator A Plus Air Systems were very knowledgeable and professional, explaining all of the factors to consider and addressing my questions and concerns 100%. Your installation team were excellent ... the job was done neatly and precisely with minimal down time with respect to the power supply to my home. I work from home and they even brought along a portable gas generator, started it up for me, and let me run my office equipment all day long during the installation. My highest recommendation goes out to A Plus Air Systems on this job.

I required a new water heater requested pricing from 3 companies for a tankless unit. I got 2 quotes and then Pete arrived from A Plus. He was very knowledgeable and advised that with my low basement ceiling height that a tankless unit would not be suitable for my home. I'm not sure if the 2 other companies did not know their stuff or just wanted to sell me a unit for 5 times the price. Ended up having Pete quote on a new furnace & air conditional as well. Everything is working fantastic now. Recommend Pete for any HVAC needs!

You have a great team. Starting with Irfan with whom we did the paperwork and gave us all the options. He was very knowledgeable. The tech team headed by Farid was exceptional and saw to all the details. Young Payam is an asset to your company. They combined to give me complete satisfaction in the installation of my furnace and AC. Thanks for the great job very well done.

Sales Person Mr. Irfan came and guides us in a very positive manner. He answered all our questions with logics. I appreciate his efforts. After installing the Furnace from him, heating is very good. He also made a follow up call.

When I got the estimat for the furnace I was like ok I'll think about it while I was shopping around but what I liked about him is that he follow up and convince me and made me fell like I can trust he's company
