I had the house attic upgraded from R40 (that had settled to R35 and less) to R60 minimum. My attached 2 car garage was already fully drywalled with fully insulated walls but the garage attic had no insulation at all. Mark, the owner, showed up promply on time for the estimate. I found the estimate very reasonable and had them do the job. The installers showed up exactly on time and brought 10% extra insulation in case. Turns out they needed it! There was an area about 300 sq/ft at the back of the house attic on one side that had LITTLE TO NO insulation and another area of about 300 sq/ft that only had about R15 - R20. They used all the extra insulation they had brought with them and then sourced more insulation locally to ensure the entire house attic was a minimum of R60. No extra charge. Very impressed! Would highly recommend them.

Mark and his team were excellent. Their work was finished even earlier than booked. The ESA certificate arrived one week later.

We have room above the garage that is always too hot or too cold and and our master bedroom is over the porch and we were looking for a solution that didn't involve tearing up the either the garage or the room to make it comfortable.
EnviroTech was the only one that made sense as they could inject the insulation with minimal damage. Mark explained the process and answered my many emails going back and forth.
The crew was quick and clean and when I walked into my garage it wasn't obvious that work took place unless I looked really closely same with the porch overhang. looking forward to the rooms being much more liveable this winter.

The people were excellent -- both Shawn and John were highly professional, courteous, and thorough. They were punctual, tidy, and more than patient with us whenever we had a question or concern. Even when things didn't go exactly as they anticipated (because of the pre-existing condition of the house) they were helpful, and did everything they could to get the job done to our satisfaction.

The quality of the work was outstanding. There was a noticeable and immediate reduction of noise coming through from outside after the attic insulation was topped up, and since our property adjoins the edge of the 401 that was a pleasant side benefit to the job. With windows closed we can barely hear the highway traffic at all. I'm also sure the house will be a lot easier to keep cool once the central air is turned on this summer, and I have no doubt that this coming winter we will not be seeing the ice dams we've gotten in the past.
