Tremendous job well done. The pride and workmanship shown by Mark and his crew is beyond describable. After a lengthy delay on my part to book the job due to my work schedule, when I finally had an opening, Mark accommodated with ease.

Communication was always clear and concise - email/verbal. The crew showed up before time and were a pleasure to deal with. Explained the entire process from start to end for both projects (attic insulation and bathroom fan install) and ensured any questions I had were answered. Drop sheets and precautions were taken to minimize damage and dust. The crew vacuumed up all dust and left the job site neat and tidy. Old bathroom fan was disposed of by Envirotech.

The crew was down to earth and even answered 50+ questions from my son who was amazed with their equipment and strength. Unfortunately, one of the crew members got stung by a rather aggressive wasp and with a professional attitude and great character continued the job without a peep.

Well done Envirotech! The house has now regulated temperature wise and I no longer have to stand on the main floor attempting to fan the cooling air upstairs. Let's see how winter goes now. With the installation of the new bathroom fan, the humidity/moisture has decreased drastically and is whisper quiet.

Please note, the job was completed during one of the hottest days of the summer in the sweltering heat without a complaint.

Called a couple of places to get a quote, Marked showed up to take a quick look and gave me a no-nonsense explanation of the work to be done, followed by a formal quote later that day. It wasn't the cheapest quote, but I like the vibe - he was friendly, but straight-to-the-point as well.

The 2 installers showed up half and hour early and it took them a little over 2.5 hours for an attic of ~950 square feet. I took pictures to show the lengths they went through to minimize the mess.

I went up for a quick look after and there is significantly more blown in cellulose in the attic (along with a barrier along the hatch). Now I look forward to warm, sunny days to see whether the 2nd floor would be much cooler.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

35 year old house needed insulation upgrade. Called in Mark's team because of their reputation within our local business networking group. Unusual roof style called for an expert. Mark returned my call same day and has stayed in touch since the beginning of our project right to the end. No mess, no fuss, great job, 100% as quoted, no surprises. We are totally satisfied with how the two men did our work. They brought the insulation up to R55, & as well dealt with yellow jacket nests that had been established there as well. We are very happy to have this job done. Our attic insulation was very poorly done & our home is only 8years old. I would suggest that people check their attics, especially with the high heating & electricity costs.

Mark and his team did a great job. They were very professional, easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable. The arrived on time, explained everything in great detail and executed as promised. I would highly recommend using them.

Our top floor was about 5 degrees hotter than the main floor on very hot summer days (it was 28 degrees one day with the AC set at 23!). We knew the insulation in the attic looked low and it was builder grade. Plus we had been doing renos so it got moved around and some had fallen down. Figured it was a good idea to have it looked at. Mark came in quickly and sent a quote through shortly after. They came a week later and blew in new insulation, leaving no mess behind and not even a smudge on our new hardwood floors. Best part is, the top floor is consistently only a degree warmer than the main floor (3 floor home) on the hottest days now! Who knew it would make such a difference. These guys are good!

I called mark for a quote, he showed up on time and explained what needed to be done, his crewed showed up after we had hired him and did a great job, they found that one of the walls was already insulated and therefore did not need to be done thus saving on insulation that had been quoted. Mark promptly sent a revised invoice for a lower cost. I am very happy with the service and the current temp of our third floor.

Got excellent service from Envirotech Insulation & Electrical Services! Met with Mark prior to the Spa Pool arrival. He understood exactly what we needed (GFI service from panel to Spa Pool in backyard with Ethernet cabling for internet connectivity). Due to the location of the trench, three visits had to be arranged. His crew arrived on the requested days/on time, and the work was done to satisfaction. All inspections past with flying colors. Inspector even commented on how excellent the electrical workmanship was done.
Any changes in plans, Mark made it happen - No excuses / No errors.

The day of the spa Pool installation, his crew were on site and coordinated with the installers, and made the entire installation and hookup in less than an hour! Wow! Water came right after, and we took a dip later that same day.

I contact Mark for a price quote and he agreed to come for an inspection. He showed up on time on the day, and then he checked the attic and gave me a quote for the work.
On the day of work, two workers showed up on time and they were professional knowing what they were doing.
