Home Inspection review in

Very pleasant experience working with Michael to have the property we are purchasing inspected prior to removal of conditions. He was easy to contact and set up an appointment with.
On the day of the inspection, he had arrived early and already completed the exterior inspection, and showed us his findings when we arrived. Very knowledgeable and thorough, and explained all aspects of the inspection to us in lay terms and gave rough ideas of the process of/how expensive it would be to fix any issues.
Report was sent the same day. He also is happy to help with any inquiries after the inspection as well.
