They completed the external waterproofing for us towards the end of 2021. The men are very hard workers and very professional. They cleaned up every day. The communication by Mario and his uncle is excellent. They showed up at the time it was scheduled. MMT also offers 1 free regrading, which will happen this year for us, as the waterproofing was done close to winter and the ground settles over time. We would highly recommend Mario, his uncle and his team.

Mario and his team were awesome. We had been experiencing water in the basement of our new (to us) century home. Mario is super passionate about fixing and finding the root of the problem, gave us options for solutions and pricing, was compassionate to our stress, and is super fast at communication. His team was efficient, super punctual, and demolished/cleaned everything for us - nothing was left at our property. We used MMT for full interior water proofing, installation of a sump pump, footings, and something else to help with drainage. Also, Mario figured out a way to save our stairs for the winter so we can do laundry - they’ll need to be replaced in the spring, but he really went out of his way to help make our lives easier. MMT Waterproofing did a great job fixing a water leak in my basement by repairing a foundation crack that ran from above ground level through floor level of the basement.

Mario responded very quickly and came by my house to give a free estimate for the repair. His solution was affordable and very thorough. He is super personable and explained in great detail why and where the leak was occurring and how their process would address the problem. He contacted the gas company to map out where the outside lines run to ensure a safe dig. Once that was done, the team came out within a few days and dug a 6 foot wide trench around the problem area, sealed the crack, installed many layers of protection and filled everything back up. All done within an afternoon, no mess leftover, at the quoted price and with a 25 year written guarantee.

Mario also spent time checking the rest of my basement for other leak spots and provided helpful advice on how to avoid potential future problems. I would gladly use MMT again and highly recommend them.

Mario was able to determine the problem areas and he honestly addressed any potential areas of concern. The job was done quickly and cleanly in a very efficient manner. The landscaping was left in a better condition after the work was completed. The moisture in the basement is gone. Very happy customer.

My basement experienced water leaking when it rained hard outside. The leak was not significant bit annoying. I contacted a few contractors to inspect the water leaking and to provided quotes. I finally hired the MMT Waterproofing to do the repair work since I found Mario is very knowledgeable in this business and had good reviews online. He came on time to inspect the site and provided clear explanations about the issue and the repair solution. This October had many raining days. My work had to be postponed due to the weather, but Mario tried his best to accommodate it. I am happy with the repair work and highly recommended Mario and his team.

We live in the Hamilton beach area and this area is known for wet basement or even flooding. Back in March 2021, we contacted 6 waterproofing companies for an estimate and we had very different solutions and costs:
• One of them basically refused to work in our area because, according to them, it will fail
• One recommended us to use their engineer and architect to plan first and go from there. Their plan was to fill our basement with concrete.
• Four suggested internal basement waterproofing. Their time estimates varied from 1 day to 1 week.
• All of them refused to provide a written warranty except MMT.

Mario from MMT was awesome. He spent time to explain the problems and provided us a written estimate with a solution diagram and materials to be used. MMT also provided us with a 15 year transferable warranty (it would be longer if our address isn’t in the beach area). They were on site everyday and the project was on time and on budget. They even tidied up before they go each day. They did not provide the cheapest quote nor the shortest project time but their work was solid and their solution worked! We were so glad that we hired them to do the work. I never had my crawl space this dry. It’s worth every penny.

*This review is long overdue but we want to make sure that our crawl space is absolutely dry before we submit our review.

We've used MMT in the past to waterproof two sides of the house and were very happy with the results. This time, since we were in the process of repaving the driveway, we used it as an opportunity to waterproof a third side. MMT found a crack in the foundation that was causing water to seep through. They patched it up and successfully waterproofed. Mario, as always, was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

MMT did an excellent waterproofing project on my house foundation from outside with highly skilled technicians on summer 2021. I had water coming from outside into basement by any heavy rain. Now no leaking at all and warrantied for long term +20 years Happy with what they did. A+++
