Leak is underground and we have to be 100% sure that the problem right on the spot we excavate, we need a lot of experience to make our decisions. We have a lot of customers who install back water valve after backup happened just because they didn't know about this option. Don't forget to take a visual inspection of Back water valve before fall season and spring (the hardest seasons for drain system: a lot of rain, snow melting). Couple minutes will keep the system in a good condition for many years. And check our web site, we put a lot of new articles about plumbing and drain systems for your knowledge.

Camera will right away show you the problem and you can react fast to save your house from sewer waste backing up. We use CCTV not only as an emergency tool but maintenance. Once in a couple years it's good idea to take a look in your underground pipes just to make sure that everything is working .We recommend sometimes Hydro Jetting for some customers in a situations like greasy drain pipe from kitchen sink (like one customer told me “Tell my wife to keep the oil and grease away from the kitchen drain because I can't I still have another 30 years to be her husband:)” We like to be helpful for wives and husbands, and be dirty and tired just to keep family in a harmony with no worries about drain.
