I noticed that the wall of the sump pump pit in the home I recently purchased was cracked. I also had an extension pipe recently installed to redirect outgoing water. Igor came to assess. He was clearly knowledgeable and provided good advice that I took regarding the extension pipe which he showed me was at risk of freezing because of points with no or negative slope. The crack in the sump pump pit required rebuilding of the pit because it was not circular. This meant a potentially messy job involving the breaking of concrete inside my house. Rob came to rebuild the pit. He was very careful to prevent dust and dirt from getting all over the place and was able to minimize disruption to the phone calls I was taking in my office beside the area he was working in. The pit looks much neater now and is easier to access. Rob worked quickly and cleaned up all debris. The entire transaction from my initial phone call to AnTa to completion of the work went smoother and quicker than I expected and the new pit is guaranteed for 25 years. Prior to this work, I had AnTa repair the actual pump which was not operating properly due to a blocked float. The plumber was willing to improvise to fix the problem which clearly was ignored by the previous homeowner due to its complexity. I would definitely recommend AnTa for any type of sump pump work.
