We gutted our house and hired Anta to do all the plumbing in 2012. In September 2015, we discovered a leak in our ceiling and called them in for a service call. Their technician discovered that the leak was from an improperly installed pex connector. Although they waived the service call, they are ignoring my messages about the drywall re-work we have incurred. We now have no confidence with this company and are dreading the day when another simple connector fails.
Update: Anta promptly resolved this issue by recommending a drywaller to patch and paint the water damaged drywall.
