Had flashing damage from wind. They were very thorough with their assesment and had good follow up. I booked them for the job due to their reputation on Homestars and the experience so far. I would not hesitate to use again.

Contacted this group back in September and still waiting for a quote and answers from who I was told the owner Joe. Listen, I blame myself for this - should have never agreed to paying for a quote / inspection - even if they said the $300.00 would be taken off the final job quote. I was told they have competitive prices and “look at out reviews, we are fair”. Ok, I went for it. Inpection was done and a total overkill.....basically recommeneded I replace my entire roof!?! Their original quote for added insulation was 3X other quotes. Owner Joe stated must be a mistake, he would get me a better deal / quote. 4 months later, 10 + emails and many calls........ I am going with another company and I am OUT my $300.00 “credit”. I just wanted an insulation upgrad for winter?!?!

I had Mr.Roofer come and do a repair job on some shingles and do an assessment of my roof, they were efficient and very professional.. I would recommend them to my family and friends

These guys arrived at the agreed upon time. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Did not do roof replacement yet as it is December and it is not feasible at this time. I will contact them when the weather is warmer to finish the work.

Our sun tunnel in our bathroom was leaking. Mr Roof Repair not only assessed the damage but if possible arranged to fix it on the spot. Although that was not possible for us they offered a fair assessment within the agreed time and also assessed other aspects of our roof that could become future emergencies. The flat roof underneath my deck was damaged by disastrous weather, bathroom floor flooded and kitchen ceiling cracked. Andre took charge and sent out an emergency crew to patch the damage. The dauntingly huge roof replacement began quickly. Rodney and Wayne worked tirelessly in spite of rain, snow and sleet, to finish the job before winter set in. They took apart the large deck, laid down new roofing and replaced the deck as it was before. They also cleaned the debris from the yard. It's the third job this company has done for me, and I've recommended them to friends without hesitation. Their care, quality of work, dilgence and guarantees put them at top of list.

Mr. Roof Repair was up front about their service and the costs. I had them completed an assessment of my roof before the winter and I was provided a detailed report with pictures outlining the status of my roof outlining any potential trouble spots. They were professional in all communications and were kind enough to complete a few courtesy repairs while on the roof. This was very much appreciated.
