Older home with premature aging roof due to poor workmanship from pervious roofing job. Decided to get an unbiased assessment done in order to prepare for new roofing quotes. Quality of the assessment was good, just took a little longer than promised to get the report. The MrRoofRepair's quote for a new roof was very comprehensive.

we had a roof leak about a year and a half ago, contacted a roofing company and they came and "fixed" it. fast forward to this past august, and in a bad rainstorm we had a leak again in the same place. i contacted Mr Roof Repair and they came out within a couple of days to do an assessment. first of all, i was very impressed with the detailed report they emailed me after the assessment, and that they explained the cause of the leak and how they would fix it. and since i decided to hire them for the permanent repair, the assessment was essentially free.

my one quibble was that it took a while to get the repair done, but that was mother nature's fault! but i'm optimistic that their work will keep the water at bay now.

i recommended Mr Roof Repair to my father in law, and he's had them do an assessment on his roof too, and was also happy with their work.

My husband and I recently bought an older, detached, downtown house. Upon inspection, some minor roofing was recommended. We called a few companies to survey the issues. Of the 3 companies called, Mr. Roof Repair was the most professional, the only company to provide a firm quote (as oppose to an estimate), and the only company with an official regulation title. Not to mention, Pietro let us know that aside from one problem area, our shingles are in good condition. Therefore, we need not repair our whole roof like another company had recommended. I have hired this company and will report back post-completion.

I called Mr.Roof Repair team when I started noticing broken and missing shingles on my roof. At first I had a hard time connecting with them (leaving messages), but once I sent an email through their website, they were quick to get back to me (apparently it was an extremely busy Friday and they had 400 calls to go through). They came to my home and fixed the missing shingles, but they also identified a number of other weaknesses on my roof. They will definitely do more work on my roof (it is an old roof) in the near future.

I was very satisfied with the quick and efficient service. The report produced was simple to read and very thorough. We had a few singles that had fallen from the roof and were able to have them repaired, as well as address further issues that might lead to larger problems in the future.

We had to reschedule a few times due to weather, but Joe kept us updated along the way. Some of the work could not be completed when they came in, but they came back to finish the work promptly. Professional service. Arrived for appointment as scheduled. Provided fix for my roof leak and also detailed assessment (both verbal and in written email report with pictures) and recommendations. Unlike many others, they did not use any pressure tactics to up sell.

Fixed a leak, and replaced some valleys. Gave me options rather than just telling me the whole roof needs to be replaced (which it does, but it doesn't have to happen right away). Very professional and courteous organization. Hands down best I've dealt with. Will recommend them to everyone. Call them if you want the job done right. After a severe winter I decided to have an inspection of my roof. I called several companies, but Roof Repair was the only one that replied. They came and inspected my roof, took pictures of the parts that needs repair and then quoted me for the job. They came later on and repaired the roof and I am very satisfied with the results. I recommend this company to anybody wanted to have a good roof repair or a tune up of their roof. Very courteous and professional people.
