An added bonus was that Mr. Roof Repair did a full assessment, and provided a full detailed report on the same day.

Mr. Roof Repair.Ca was so professional, reliable and trustworthy. Pietro of Mr. Roof Repair. Ca phoned me 20 minutes before they came to our house. On the day of the appointment, two roofers came to my property and did the necessary repairs that was needed to be done on our roof. They did their inspection and repairs in less than an hour and I was satisfied with the work that they have done on our roof. They even sent me a roof report that is the before and after pictures of the work that was done on the roof. I value their honesty and reliability as they are the one who told me that the previous roofer we hired on our roof was actually not telling the truth to us when the previous roofer that we hired claimed and told us that the exposed plywood on our which is about 64SQFT was rotten. According to the roofers of Mr. Roof Repair.Ca, the exposed plywood (64 sqft in size) WAS NOT ROTTEN AT ALL and that the only repair that needs to be done on the exposed plywood was just to replaced the missing shingle which really saved us further damage or problems on our roof. They even mentioned a problem on our 3 bathroom vents that was not exhausting the moisture outside the attic in which the previous roofer that we hired had not mentioned at all.

We are very pleased with the work done by Mr. Roof and appreciate the detailed report. Their staff if knowledgeable, friendly, professional and were able to answer any question we have asked.

Mr. roof repair is quite professional. Their assessment report is good with many details. The assessment fee is reasonable. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend to people who has roof problems.

I contacted Mr. Roof Repair because of a downed eavestrough. I was given a few options for someone to come and take a look: in two days, three days or in a week. Because of my schedule I chose a week.

Their model for estimates is one price if they can do the job right there and then and a lower price for an inspection and estimate. My job could not be done right there and then so I paid for the estimate and inspection.

I was very pleased with the inspection report. It was quite thorough and even revealed something a previous contractor had said they did but didn't thanks to the pictures included in the report (Mr. Roof Repair didn't know to look for this, they just photograph so much I was able to see it).

The estimate received was thorough as well although I'll need someone to walk me through it.

I had one issue but it was minor because I was proactive and given them the benefit of the doubt. They told me they'd call the day before with a thee-hour window. I didn't get a call so I called the morning of day they were supposed to come and left a message. After an hour and a bit with no phone call back I called and selected the option for "new customer" and someone answered right away and gave me a time estimate.

The estimate came three business days later.

As I said, everything else about working with this company has been above average and the two gentlemen who came to my property were nice, thoughtful and looked professional. One star off but I would still easily recommend working with Mr. Roof Repair for a roof inspection.

Everyone I encountered at Mr Roof Repair was very professional and friendly. The guys went up on the roof, fixed a few different issues we had up there and gave us a detailed report of what they had done (with photos) and of the overall state of things. Great experience overall.

Very thorough work. Full detailed report provided outlining scope, cost, and remediation methodology with options. All technicians are knowledgeable and professional. The administrative staff (phone) are also very professional and only recommend what is required.

I will be moving forward with the suggested repairs and would recommend this team to anyone.

Piettro arrived at our house at the requested time which we really appreciated. He repaired the leak above standard; took pictures. Within a few days as promised Gerard sent us the pics and a full detailed and very honest recommendation. We will definitely keep on file when our roof is really in need of a full replacement.
