Part of our office roof had pulled off and when we went up to look at it, the wood was showing. We called Mr Roof Repair and they were friendly and were able to fit us into their schedule the next day because it was supposed to rain the day after. They did the repair first thing and were done by the time I got to the office at 9 am. I cannot recommend them highly enough and was extremely impressed at every step.

I wasn't sure how to get an honest opinion about the condition of my roof and reached out to David at mrroofrepair. He was super helpful and an appointment what scheduled. Pietro arrived on time and surveyed the roof. He discussed the good, bad and the ugly with my wife and myself and 5 days later I had a full report on my roof sitting in my inbox.

The assessment is objective and will help us in deciding the next steps. I feel it was worth every penny.

Mr. Roof Repair fixed a vent that had come loose from an exterior wall, a job very few contractors were willing to come and do, given the small size of the job. They responded to me right away, quickly arranged the service and did a great job of communicating.

We used Mr Roof Repair again to replace a flat roof that was leaking. A total pleasure to deal with. Pietro is the only roofer in Toronto I trust and Joe in the office is amazingly responsive. This must be at least the sixth time we have used them. I got quotes from other firms that were slightly less but for peace of mind I use Mr. Roof Repair. They even fixed my wooden fence that was falling down without being asked!
