While we’re not sure what prompted this client to post this type of review almost a year after our attendance at their property with absolutely no communication from them, we are sure that what they have written here is inaccurate and misleading. Clearly, their “minor roof repair” was a big enough issue that it prompted them to seek out a roof repair specialist. We do appreciate them mentioning that we were successful in repairing the issue and speaking to its longevity, as again, this service was completed almost a year ago. We spent over an hour at their property and their service included developing a 15-page document regarding the current state of their roofing system, including pictures and detailed explanations. They’ve mentioned that their report is “overly detailed”... We’ll take that as a compliment. They’ve also stated that those details and suggested repairs were “unnecessary work”. We are unsure what they are basing that statement on, but, just to be sure, we’ll recount the deficiencies we discovered at their property… Roof Deck: Parts of their roof deck have caved in, creating structural and load issues, Chimney: Improperly sealed and failing flashings, exposed nails and holes in the flashing which are prime deficiencies for leaks, Plumbing Stack: Missing fasteners with the flange unfastened leaving it unsecured with exposure to the elements, more prime deficiencies for leaks, Drip Edge: No drip edge was installed with the installation of this entire roof as it was installed to the bare minimum of specification, Eaves/Downspouts: Filled with flora and debris, poor maintenance which can lead to leaks and several other issues. They go on to mention that the quote to repair these deficiencies was close to $2000, which is what they paid to have their complete new roof installed a couple of years earlier. We try not to make assumptions and base everything we do on our accreditations, training, education and experience, but we think the reason they have these deficiencies on their roof, is because they had their entire roof installed for $2000. They mention what our clients are to expect: To be clear, our clients, as evidenced from the over 30,000 clients we’ve serviced and their satisfaction, can expect the best quality repairs and client care in the industry.
