Had a leaky roof which wasn't repaired properly by another company, called Mr roof repair and they were very easy to deal with.

Set up an appointment and they sent out a repairwoman who was very professional and helpful, completed all necessary repairs to the roof.

I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent customer service. Work was clean - he kept the driveway uncluttered. The worker arrived as scheduled and was courteous, prompt, and worked steadily. He answered my questions patiently. Before and after photos were provided.

Our great experience with Mr. Roof Repair began when I called to ask about a quote. The manager, David, was friendly and helpful and managed to schedule our repair very quickly (which was important). The guys who arrived to do the work did an excellent job and, what's more, they helped out with another small task that I'd been trying to take care of for a while. It only took a few minutes, but it required some pretty nifty ladder-climbing in a tight space. This extra help was much appreciated. I'd use this company again any time.

Pietro and the rest of the Mr Roof repair team did a great job on a lot of miscleaneous repairs on a brand new roof done by a previous horrible roof company hired by our general contractor. They managed to fix so many things up in the late fall, middle of winter. This review is almost 1 year later and the work is holding up well. The company is organzed and keeps you aware of the schedule. They do a thorough analysis which was in line with an independant inspection I had done. Well worth your dollar, and trustworthy to hire. Eaves troughs needed some work and the team found a couple issues with the flashing. Got the Leaf Guard system. Been seven months and few rain storms, the work has been really good, and professional. The knew their stuff and got the work done across two days, for the roof and the eaves. They provide a good report with pictures of the work before and after. They responded to my emails about the products and calls. I have no regrets using them and recommend them to my friends.

Had them come out for an assessment of the roofing system. On the day of the appointment they called with and updated eta. They where professional and answered all my questions and any concerns I had. And I will be using them for the repairs

Very quick response regarding my roof leak. Ben was punctual (in fact, early), explained what he found and the temporary repair that he did. I received the full assessment report a few days later - very comprehensive, including photos, and timeline for when future/further roof repairs and work should be done.
