I called Jon and he answered promptly regarding 2 toilets leaking at the base. He came the same morning. He confirmed the slow leak at the base, which was thethe case for 2 toilets in our house because the original plumber used too small bolts to secure the base as well as inadequate height for the floor plate. He repaired the cause of the issues for each toilet and carefully replaced them ensuring accurate measurement for positioning. He had all parts he needed in the truck and cleaned up very well. He also gave me some quotes and advice for some other plumbing work we will be needing done this summer. We will surely call him back to do more work. Thank-you Jon!

Gancy answered his call promptly and came the next day. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and prescribed and provided appropriate treatment to rid our mudroom of ants that came in through cracks in the garage and expanded his treatment area to included other possible entries around the house. He warranties his work and told us that if we still have a an issue over the next few weeks that we should call him back. That is great! We plan having him return for future preventive treatments. Loreto (the owner) and his team ( Karel, Mark, John, Mike, the drypack crew) did an excellent job on our basement tile work! Loreto was pleasant to deal with, honest and responsive to all of our concerns. They finished this job in under 3 weeks by working straight till they were done. Pietro and the rest of the Mr Roof repair team did a great job on a lot of miscleaneous repairs on a brand new roof done by a previous horrible roof company hired by our general contractor. They managed to fix so many things up in the late fall, middle of winter. This review is almost 1 year later and the work is holding up well. The company is organzed and keeps you aware of the schedule. They do a thorough analysis which was in line with an independant inspection I had done. Well worth your dollar, and trustworthy to hire. Adrian, worked on my house and organized a mess of coax and cat 5 cables left to terminate by the electrician last year. He tested and labelled every cable and jack. I then had him return to set up security cameras. He works hard and until he is finished. Alarm companies refused to go in my attic to run extra cables, but Adrian maneuvered very competently. All the gadgets work perfectly one year later. He is knowledgeable and honest and you get true value for your dollar. I would not hesitate to call and hire him. Thank-you Adrian!

Tom was great. He was very attentive to details. We called him the day before and he was able to do the inspection the next day which was a saturday. He answers his calls till late and is always available. He not only spent 2 hours showing us everything he also sent us a detailed report the same day. He had very detailed observations.
