i contacted them to repair my roof dormers. i booked an appointment window, the techs phoned me to confirm what exact time they would show up. my situation was a bit tricky and they couldnt finish the fix on the spot - but they were professional and did what they could on the spot and then would give me an estimate. i like the detailed report/pics they send you.
