I woke up on Saturday to a leak in my bedroom ceiling and immediately emailed three roof repair companies. Mr. Roof Repair responded to my request within hours (and days before the other two companies). They sent out a repair person and he immediately identified (4 shingles had blown off my roof) and fixed the problem. I found the before and after pictures extremely helpful. Mr. Roof Repair is certainly not the cheapest option, but they are thorough, professional and responsive. This isn't something that I wanted to cut corners with.
