The company was able to accommodate me ASAP as I had a timeline. They were professional and prompt. Provided me with valuable information to make decisions upon. Overall a great experience.

Things we were happy with:
John was friendly and professional
He made himself available in a short amount of time
He produced a comprehensive report soon after the inspection

Why I wouldn't recommend this company:
He didn't thoroughly report on the massive mold issue and foundation leak in the basement...which was visible to our eyes AFTER we bought the house ;-( ....we specifically asked him to investigate the room
He subcontracted a roof inspector that suggested the roof would cost under one thousand to repair issues....after having multiple tradesmen in our attic and on our roof....the real quote is over seventy grand! Probably wouldn't have gone through with the house purchase if we knew that. Not sure either of them actually went on the roof!

Im a first time home buyer and know very little about home renovations, John took the time to go through all aspects of my future home both good and bad. He was punctual, friendly and extremely knowledgable. His price was not the lowest i found but very reasonable but undoubtly the best bang for your buck. I would never get a home inspection from anyone else. If you hire John I guaratee you will not be disappointed. John i can not thank you enoungh.

John came out to our new home in Milton to perform an inspection. We were very impressed with his knowledge and background in houses. He has this infrared camera which can see behind the walls, it was amazing!!

Hi John!

When you inspected the house we bought you had discovered that the furnace wouldn't turn on. The home owner and their real estate agent were angry and wanted you to come back over to see that it worked.

We insisted that they do an inspection of the heating and air as per your recommendation and sure enough, they confirmed your finding and had to replace an $800 motor. You knew you were right, I knew you were right and now the owners and their agent know it.

You save us. Again!

AA Elite did a home inspection for us on a house we'd put a conditional offer on, and we were anxious about the fact that we couldn't be there during the inspection, but the inspection report was outstanding. It convinced us that we couldn't afford the house, given the repairs would be so extensive, and we elected to back out of the deal. We think AA Elite saved us enormous grief and money by pointing out with pictures and excellent explanations all the areas that needed work or had potential problems. Even the listing agent who was unhappy to see the deal fall through was hugely impressed by the report and said he'd recomment AA Elite to others. The AA Elite home inspector renewed our faith in home inspectors.
