150 year old farm house with a sagging roof and multiple old layers of asphalt tiles. Tony and his crew did a heroic job, resulting in a beautiful new steel tile roof.

AA Elite did a home inspection for us on a house we'd put a conditional offer on, and we were anxious about the fact that we couldn't be there during the inspection, but the inspection report was outstanding. It convinced us that we couldn't afford the house, given the repairs would be so extensive, and we elected to back out of the deal. We think AA Elite saved us enormous grief and money by pointing out with pictures and excellent explanations all the areas that needed work or had potential problems. Even the listing agent who was unhappy to see the deal fall through was hugely impressed by the report and said he'd recomment AA Elite to others. The AA Elite home inspector renewed our faith in home inspectors. Michael & Gail
