John was excellent! He was punctual even though he had to travel a distance. He was extremely thorough and made sure that he explained everything in detail to us as he went through the inspection. After the inspection he took the time to once again go through pictures and details of his findings and got the report to us right away. We would definitely recommend John to our friends and family.
