Website and meeting with Marc were great. Job started on time and his promise of us being in our pool in 4 weeks was honored. Then the job fell off the rails. Our spa construction was substandard and was re-done, still not to our expectations. Sealing of concrete decking was messy, (drips, over spray on pool steps, house, neighbor's house). Blocked pipe underground, leak in auto fill pipe. After numerous promises to correct/finish the work and give us a tutorial on how our system works, the job has remained unfinished for over a year.
