Stay away from this bum. He came and looked at our roof and I needed some shingles repaired Ibust could still last another 3-4 years) and also the eaves cleaned. They wanted 1000 for the work and I said no just do the eaves. They were mad (i was at work) and my wife left to get the money. However come this spring there were nail holes all over my roof and i spent 2000 just to fix it. The roofer that came to fix it said this was planned destruction.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH! I am going to call the government conmusmer and protection bureau and hopefully they can put this jerk out of business.

Quoted job at $150 to clean eavestrough and examine. Spent 1 hour cleaning troughs and nailing flashing in front of the house peak.
Upon completion, a bill for $800 dollars was presented. After refusal to pay it was marked down to $500. After refusal to pay it was marked back down to $150. Next rain fall the down spouts on either end of the house were pour out water from the back. Upon further inspection by another company, it was found that the down spouts had not been cleaned but merely caulked. One rain fall and all caulking was unsealed. This is not what I paid for. Even though replacement of downspouts were discussed, it was my impression that they were cleaned.
Very bad service and lots of deception.

Gave a reasonable, but low quote. Wrote-out quote in full detail. Started work, midway through asked for another $1500 in order to install "base", which was necessary due to moisture on the existing roof.

Refused to pay extra, citing contract and 35 year guarantee. Installed base anyway, but did sloppy work overall. Rooftop wasn't level-sloped (hills & valleys in the slope), water doesn't drain properly into eave. Drip edge not screwed down.

As I was signing the contract, they were trying to charge my neighbour $800 for cleaning some eavestroughs which they had previously quoted $150 for. she refused to pay also, and they accepted the $150.
