Steve Lemieux from Mr. Rooter did an excellent job resolving a difficult pipe blockage at our house(our child flushed a couple of toy trains diwn the toilet). He was very organized and professional. Highly recommend him!

My sump pump failed and of course the basement flooded! First company I called weren't able to find the problem so I was about to go down the road of a line flush and possible camera/tracking...posible excavation, thought I'd try another company just to be sure...I called Mr. Rooter. Within 15 minutes of being here, Larry had diagnosed the problem!!!! Amazing!!! He made all the necessary repairs and installed a new high quality sump pump. I also asked Larry about the purchase and installation of a back up pump....he gave me all the info I needed and we got this done same day!! Larry was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced and if you are in need of a plumber...this is the guy!! I also want to mention that the customer service was amazing beginning with my first call to them. They quickly fit me in and took the time to follow up every step of the way!!!! Thank you all!!!!

We recently had a blockage in our sewer pipe that needed to be resolved. Luca came over and got everything cleared quickly. He inspected the entire system from the house out to the street using a camera to make sure the blockage was gone, the pipe was in great condition and there was no other potential blockage further down. He explained everything that he was doing, provided a lot of excellent information and was very happy to share his knowledge!

We've had Luca do several jobs at our house and he's always been great! He's very professional, friendly and offers excellent advice and information. The price is listed up front before the work starts and the final price has never deviated from that. We're always very happy when he comes over!

Larry was assigned to our problem, assessed the situation and presented a detailed, easily understood quote for the proposed solution. It was comforting to know exactly the cost of the project at the outset. As it turned out the blockage was as predicted, tree roots snagging other material. However, continued penetration removed a more stubborn blockage, a dead water rat.
The project proved to be a challenge but was completed in a most professional manner. Larry was patient throughout and regularly advised on his progress. Good value for the money.

My first concern was flooding in my basement bathroom. Larry arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed me the problem using a camera inserted into the sewer which I found helpful. He removed three blockages caused by tree roots just beyond the basement wall. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I was so satisfied with his work that I asked him to give me an estimate on a longstanding problem with the kitchen sink causing a backup into the downstairs wash basin and happily paid for a hard days work that provided a solution to that problem as well. I was very impressed with his work and he left both sites completely cleaned up , I have no hesitation recommending Mr Rooter in general and Larry Toll in particular.

Larry Toll, the plumber , did a good job and made sure that everything was in great working condition before leaving our house. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. He took the time to explain the advantages/savings of a membership with Mr Rooter which we took.

I had leak in my basement and leaking from one of my toilet. Ryan came on a Friday and he replace my toilet and also fix a crack from the toilet. And then late Sunday, I had a leak again in the basement, so I ask Ryan to come back again on Monday. He looked where was the problem and he manage to find it. He fix it and I haven't had a leak since know he felt bad about it but he was fantastic. Ryan was very professional, hard working and he was easy to talk to and laughs. In the future, I want Ryan to be my plumber.

We had sewer backup due to roots from a large tree. They came within 2 hours, had it fixed within 4 hours, and explained long term needs. Very professional, efficient, and I would recommend them again.

Had a sewer back up in basement as a result of clogged pipe outside the house. Found Mr Rooter on this website and based on positive reviews, put in a service call. John and Steve were here within a half hour.
They employed modern technology to diagnose the problem and gave cost estimates up front. Pipe was unblocked and flushed with good communications with me throughout the process.
I hope to never see them again (nothing personal), but would definitely recommend them and Mr Rooter to anyone needing this service.
