I have used 416-so-clean once for myself, and recommended twice. Once to a friend and once to my folks. I was present for the most recent cleaning at my folks house, where Matthew and Justen came to clean 2 couches on Friday afternoon. Matthew called to give an estimated time of arrival, which was on time with the appointment. They were both very professional, courteous and had attention to detail. Was told how long it would take, which was exactly an hour.
Great job and would recommend again.
