Working with the team at Method was a pleasure. They were all professional, respectful, and responsive to our needs. Our project lead, Curtis, was amazing and very helpful through the process. The project was on time and on budget - often unheard of. Any "surprises" were brought to us with more than one possible solution, making it easy to respond. They were honest as to what would be worth our money and what would not. The end product is something we are more than satisfied with. We were referred to Chris by our neighbours and have been truly impressed. Chris is highly professional and very patient as we reviewed a number of small home projects we needed to begin to tackle. We opted for the chimney work first and were very impressed at the quick response to our needs and the excellent follow-up throughout the small project. We hired Chris Loftus and his team from Method Design to replace an old, tired bathroom with a completely reconfigured luxurious bathroom, as well as to do other painting, repair and electrical work. This was by far the best experience we have had with a contractor since we became homeowners over 15 years ago. The design was beautiful, the craftsmanship superb, and all members of the team were highly skilled, prompt and polite. Communications were clear, complete and frequent throughout, so that we were always aware of where we were in terms of project costs, adjustments and expected completion. Method Design, owned and oeprated by Chris Loftus, is a first-rate home renovation company. Chris is a gifted craftsman and bulder, schooled in architectural design and its execution. He is honest, thorough, fair and caring. He regularly was on the work-site, not just to supervise but to work in a hands-on way. His staff is proficient and courteous and his carefully chosen sub-contractors were competent and on schedule. We have already recommended Method Design to friends who are now equally satisfied customers.
