Work was ok, however, was pretty expensive for about 4-5 hrs in total.
The guy who came has been working in the house for the prior owner, and he spent way too much time talking about what he has done in the house before.
Then he left without doing one item on the list, I had to call him back the next day again.
I will not use them again.
