Home Inspection review in

We required a Home Inspection quickly. We looked to our Real Estate Agent for one of the best. She gave us three. After speaking with the owner of Pettigrew Property Inspections, we knew we were talking to highly experienced and trustworthy Home Inspector.
When we learned of his background at Toronto College, having the Municipal Building Inspection Certificate, we were sold. We later learned this enabled him to do home inspections to run this company for many years. His background was Carpentry also allowing him to know houses, as they are built. Unlike some inspectors (in our opinion.)
We highly recommend him and Pettigrew Property Inspections.
