Accu-Star performed above-and-beyond what can be expected! Recently, on a really hot day, when our screen door was left open and our dog scared off a wondering skunk, it was Nev and his crew who came to our rescue. Accu-Star not only removed the horrible skunk smell within hours from the hardwood flooring inside the screen door (for which others told us would take at least a month to disappear) but also all the other smells within our home (from pets, cooking, and gym/sports equipment). We found Nev to be very professional (hardwood floor gentle), diligent (came when promised) and meticulous (never left out a detail).
