Flat roof repair

Roofing review in Richmond Hill

Replaced flat roof over entry porch. After the first rainfall we noticed the water was still flowing away from the scupper. We contacted the company and they were happy to come back and reassess. After the reassessment they quickly corrected the problem. Thank you for you quick response and professional service.

Flat roof repair

Roofing review in Richmond Hill

Replaced flat roof over entry porch. Looked like a good job until the first rainfall. They made half the roof slope the opposite way from the downspout. Have tried several times to get them to come back and correct the issue but have been told that "unless it overflows the run or leaks down your column it is ok if it pools in the opposite corner". Really... not right and certainly not professional.
