The crew arrived on time on the agreed day, and they installed the new shingles very thoroughly, focusing on quality and not on speed. After an initial misunderstanding regarding the price, Patrick, their sales representative, made a great effort to clarify and make things right. I really appreciate that, because it certainly feels reassuring to know that they are actually business out there that value and prioritize costumer satisfaction.
