The entire process was completed in an expedient and efficient manner, starting with my initial call to u for shingle selection, pricing and scheduling through to delivery of the shingles, right through to the thorough, extensive clean up.
The commitment of the installation crew along with the follow up throughout the day by Sean and Don to the concept of complete customer satisfaction was clearly evident. We recognize and appreciate it.
