My husband and I were in the market for a new couch. Something stylish, but also rugged enough to stand up to our 2 dogs. After doing some research online, we found Boss leather, and after speaking to some of their associates, we agreed this was the choice for us. Their knowledge of all things leather was very reassuring, and their staff was superb in accommodating a delivery to Prince Edward Island, which was a first for them! Needless to say, we are beyond thrilled and would definitely recommend Boss Leather to anyone seeking out beautiful, quality furniture in the future.

My experience with Boss Leather has been nothing but spectacular. I initially found them while doing research for quality leather sofa's around the GTA and fortunately came across their awesome website. The site is very user friendly and easy to navigate with a wealth of information and resources. There are detailed pictures and specifications of each piece they carry which gives you a very good idea of what you might want before even going to the showroom.

The Boss Leather store is beautiful and massive; you could literally spend hours wandering and admiring all the sofas they have on display. Upon arrival we were greeted by Robert who would assist us. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Robert showed us all our options for leather selection as well as cushion materials and firmness. He has very good ideas and suggestions and it becomes very evident that he is passionate as well as an expert in this field. Robert is very patient and doesn't put any pressure, giving you all the time you need. While we were waiting for them to be built we also had the pleasure of dealing with Robert's sister Danielle for some follow up calls and additions to our order. She is very friendly and helpful and it was nice having the opportunity to deal with her as well.

This is a well established family business and the quality of their sofas is second to none. These are custom made with top notch materials (top grain, Italian leather/ kiln dried hardwood frames) and solid construction with a warranty that shows how confident they are in their products. Since these sofas are made from scratch, the delivery will take a while (approx 7 weeks). Once you take delivery you quickly realize that it was definitely worth the wait. The delivery guys are also family and they take great care in the delivery and setup of your new couches. They are very friendly and efficient and even gave some good tips on the care and maintenance of the leather going forward.

I highly recommend this company if you're looking for top quality leather sofas. The customer service they provide from the beginning to delivery is highly commendable. Their sofas are built locally in the GTA which is a bonus as you'll be supporting local, Canadian business as well.

First, i have to say that i had been looking for the last 2 years for sofas that would have the build quality that i was looking for. I have looked eveywhere and finally found Boss Leather when searching on the internet. I contacted them and that is where Danielle comes in the story. Danielle from Boss Leather really did an outstanding job in guiding us throughout the whole buying process. We live in Montréal, Québec and could not really go to Boss leather in Ontario as it was a bit far for us. But Danielle at Boss Leather really made it easy for us. She sent us some leather samples and eventually, we made the choice of leather. I also asked Danielle to add some studs at the bottom of the sofa and chair. So, 7 weeks later (which is exactly the time that Danielle told us it would take to build the sofas) We get an email from Danielle that tells us the sofas are ready. We made the arrangements to have it delivered to our home. The sofas actually arrived 5 days later. WOW !! simply amazing ! I am speechless and it doen't happen very often in my case. Even the delivery guys said to us that the sofas are really beautiful. Every person that have seen the sofas up to now are in complete amazement. I would totally do business with Boss Leather again. We are looking to add a sectional to our basement and it will be another Boss Leather for sure. Best of all, this company is Canadian. I will always encourage our canadian companies.

I recently placed an order through Boss Leather for new upscale outdoor wicker furniture to compliment the newly land/hard scape backyard oasis that had just been completed at my home. I was very happy with wide selection of collections, frame finishes, and fabric choices made available allowing me to create several different areas throughout the yard to suit my families life style needs/wants. You want firm cushions? No problem. Soft cushions? Done. 10 year warranty. Done. The sofa arrived on time and it is beautiful. The guys who delivered it were brilliant. Set up was perfect. We were given some great advice on leather and sofa structure to suit our needs and picked the perfect piece.
