Boss Leather

Not only did we get exceptional leather furniture for our living room but we also benefited from Ralph's experience in interior design. He was able to do this from the cell phone video and pictures that he viewed along with the hardwood floor sample that we brought to the store. Ralph was more than willing to come to our home if requested. He took us step by step in building the custom leather sectional and chairs. His colour choices were outstanding! We found him to be trustworthy and dedicated in his efforts to make us confident with our purchase.

Delivery was on time as promised. His son Rob and assistant carefully unwrapped and placed the furniture in the living room where we requested. They even took the time to remove the gliders from the bottom of the wooden legs and replace them with the felt padding we had supplied. Obviously Ralph has passed on his customer service skills to his son!

We wanted to purchase the Pergola we saw in an ad for Boss Leather. Ralph not only held the pergola until our architect could come to see it to ensure it would fit, but made a special delivery late in the evening to ensure it got to our location when he said it would.

A very refreshing approach for a business owner to produce what he said he would. We will be going back for his wonderful leather furniture too!

I purchased two High Grade Leather sofa sets, one for upstairs and the other for my sister house 5 yr's ago and both are still like the day we bought them. Ralph's expertise in the leather business is 2nd to none. He was helpful, honest, considerate and most of all knowledgeable. Wow, I couldn't believe how much cheaper he was then the competition. I saved $ 2200.00, all I can say is highly recommended. A++++

I had searched all over the GTA for comfortable chairs for outside. (Frankly, Goldilocks has nothing on me, I went everywhere!). At Boss Leather, I found the most comfortable chairs ever and spent many leisurely hours this summer enjoying them. Everyone who came over commented on what great back support they had, how comfortable they were, how well they went with the table etc. They couldn't say enough about them. The chairs literally changed the dynamics of dinner parties as everyone was very content to linger at the table and chat. The chairs also worked out very well with the table that I purchased and I couldn't be more pleased. This set was not inexpensive but if you break it down to cost per month over the many years that I am sure they will last (they are guaranteed for 10 years!) it is very worthwhile. I can't wait for summer to come so I can sit at the table in my amazing chair and spend time with family and friends. Thanks to Ralph and his excellent staff for delivery, and set up! I highly recommend dealing with Boss Leather!

PS The leather furniture looks sublime there! Too bad I don't need any for my home right now!

Ordered new living room sofa in November - wanted something traditional and Ralph helped us choose style and colour which were exactly what we were looking for. It was delivered when promised - had slight problem with a flaw on the front. Boss stood by their product, picked it up and it has been returned to us and looks great.

We recently built a new home in Caledon and Boss Leather helped us with the furnishings in many of the rooms - dining room chairs, media room, great room, kitchen, sun room. Ralph, worked with me to select the style and furniture colour based on our home drawings and pictures. They understood the scale of the rooms and advised accordingly. The results are stunning and the price could not be beat!

We found Boss leather at the Canada Home Show and we were really impressed with the level of attention and care put in our first discussion. Since that first talk, we never regretted our decision to use Boss leather for our sofa and loveseat. We were able to custom select (design, colour, stitching, legs, and support) everything at a fraction of the cost at the store (less than half price). The quality is phenomenal and we love the fact they have a lifetime warranty on the furniture stuffing. They took a lot of care in delivering them and they were delivered as promised on time! I highly recommend them!

We met Ralph at the Home Show. We picked the style and leather that we wanted. He didn't have rocking chairs in the style that we wanted so he did designed a new style for us. The furniture was delivered on time and it still looks great 2 years later...Good job
