I purchased my Bella sectional from Boss Leather and I was very satisfied with the product. Exceptional quality and customer service. I had my product delivered on time and was extremely content with the way the sectional was packaged. The delivery men were very prompt and generous, as they went as far as removing our old sofa's.Highly recommended! 10 stars!

Purchased two Eastwood sofa's from Boss leather. Very pleased with the service, Danielle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Best craftsmanship I've seen, my wife and I love our new sofa's, we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be purchasing two more sofa's for our basement in the spring time. BUY BOSS!!

Paid for 15-Nassau quality thick leather, got mismatched cushion, seating getting very creased, leg rest hard causing ankle pain: no response from Ralph/Boss Leather to several emails and calls. No sample of leather was sent on delivery per request. Are those good reviews real? TAKE A LOOK AT BOSS LEATHER'S RESPONSE: NO INTEREST IS SHOWN IN REPAIRING UNEVEN CUSHIONS, HARD/HURTFUL LEG CUSHION, NOR RESPOND TO BADLY CREASING LEATHER AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF USAGE!! NOTE THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT IS UNREASONABLE ABOUT OUR REQUEST?

If you are looking for a leather sofa, sectional or chair - Boss is the place to go.
We made 3 trips out to Bolton and had the pleasure of working with Ralph. He was great, not pushy and provided great guidance - we got our sofa this weekend and could not be happier! These guys are so good even the delivery people were friendly, helpful and removed all the packing when they left.
Can't wait to buy from Boss again!

We visited Boss Leather's store in Bolton in mid September and had the pleasure of dealing with Ralph. We fell in love with a "pie" shaped sectional and ordered one to our specifications that same visit.

Delivery was on time, the customer service that Ralph extended to us was impeccable, and the product (which was delivered just a couple of days ago) is absolutely GORGEOUS! We are so happy that we plan on going back to Boss Leather in the future for a reading chair.

We would HIGHLY recommend this company and their family of staff - who offer you a great experience and top notch quality, from start to finish.

Purchased a leather Sofa from Boss leather a few weeks ago. I was extremely pleased with the excellent service I recieved. Ralph was so helpful and was able to answer all of the questions I had, I have never recieved such amazing service. after looking around in various stores for furniture, I decided to chose boss leather because of their good ratings on their sofas. We ordered a custom made leather sectional and it got delivered on time. after a year of use, the sofa still looks great! I am very pleased with the sofa and Boss leather services.

Brilliant service ,quality and delivered on time. We shopped Everywhere to find just the right sectional, with all kinds of dead end promises from others about quality and delivery.
Then we met Ralph at his Bolton store and we were very pleased with his product and selection. He made us a Custom Sectional exactly the way we wanted it and was able to deliver it 2 weeks before Christmas :) Amazing considering we ordered it in November. And for thousands less than others...

Great place, great people that own the the place and great delivery service, great couches so comfy just overall a great place to get
nice luxury peices of furniture for the home at a great price :)
