A friend of mine had her roof done last year by Titan Roofworks and said she was very happy so I phoned Shawn Lowe for an estimate.
From start to finish Shawn was extremely professional. He returned my calls quickly and was great to talk to on the phone. I don't know a lot about roofs and my husband wasn't available to speak to Shawn, so Shawn took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure I understood exactly what was going to be done.
On the day of installation, his crew arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. They left the area outside of my house cleaner than when they arrived! I'm telling the truth! They were great! The guys were very polite and answered any questions I had. The roof looks amazing!
My husband and I are very pleased with the level of service we received starting with the first phone call with Shawn right down to Shawn's crew putting in the last nail. I would recommend Titan to anyone who is looking to have work done on their roof!
Shawn, you should be very proud of yourself and the team you have working with you. A great company and awesome workmanship starts at the top and trickles through to everyone on the team - This is exactly what Titan is all about!

Hello Mary, are you and brian having a drink? I am replying to you with all my hard workers in the shop right now. They have read our reviews and said if i don't give them a drink and reply something nice about them that they will not go to work tomorrow, so it goes like this...
I do not give them enough credit where it is do. Probably because they will ask for more money. Truth is, without my secretary Tracy, we would not be as prompt as it is. Without the crews having an understanding of the way I like the work and all the fine details, I would not be in a business of refferals. The men work SO HARD and think before installing. As far as im considered they are not my employees, they are my good friends and a partners in business. Who say's friends and business don't mix well. Respect is often overlooked. Anyhow, Thank you for the dinner and drinks Mary and Brian. I feel from the start like I have known you two for years. You both know how to welcome a stranger. I will call you up to party. Just not untill the winter. Thanks Guys!
