Lousy roofing job and customer service.
Product is ok.
Instalation is sloppy. Exposed plywood,existing facia/aluminum over cut, scratches, dents and most important, MISSING a bathroom vent. I contacted Adam with the intial problems of plywood within a few weeks ,after I had time to get up on lower roof.these issues have not been resolved. After this years first snowfall, i noticed a warm spot on the roof.
They forgot to cut out the bathroom vent, so this has been obviously venting into the membrane, which cant be good. Again I contacted Adam as this is a very serious issue. He didnt appear to concerned. I have emailed him numerous times since and have still yet to hear back.
It is now 5 months after installation and nothing has been done.
I believe legal action is the next path.
