Rishi Scarborough Appliances

I had an air conditioner for about 4 years before it started to malfunction, I took it upon myself to try to fix it, I of course ended up doing more damage then good. while on the search to find a qualified technician I was referred to rishi's appliances repair shop. I took my air conditioner in store and was greeted by 2 of the most polite women I have ever encountered, they filled out my information and took my deposit for the technician to begin his work. the next day or so I received a call from one of the ladies informing me of the exact problem and how much it'd cost to fix it. I was told it'd cost 170 to repair the hole it had in the coil, the price to be honest was a bit much for my financial situation so I contacted the technician directly and asked if he could possibly work with me on the price he said the best he can do is 150 seeing as there's a lot of work to be done, I of course accepted. it took a total of 2 days for my air conditioner to be fixed and now its working better than ever, I am very pleased with the work that was done and the individual himself. I will continue to use rishi's servicing and will recommend them to all my friends

This company sent two individuals who billed me for work that they did not perform. Charged me $200 for "dishwasher cleaning" for 15 minutes of work because dishes on the top shelf weren't getting washed properly. After a couple of wash cycles, the problem recurred and I took it upon myself to do the repair myself by watching a youtube video on how to clean out the filters. Took the dishwasher apart and found that they had not "cleaned" anything as the filter attached to the chopper blade was completely clogged. They hadn't even removed the housing for the chopper assembly and obviously hadn't cleaned anything under it. Very disappointed with this company. I would not recommend their services.

Rishi's told my mom that it was the pump and put a new one in for her. $500 later and her washing machine is still doing the exact same thing. She called the manufacturer. They implied after inspection that the pump wasn't needed, that the machine isn't worth fixing and that even if the pump was needed, whoever put the pump in overcharged for it.
