This job was done by the owner of Top Drawer and his crew in August of 2007. Initially, we were pleased with the appearance of the job and this company seemed professional - the owner even guaranteed that if upon completion we found leaks or any sort of problem he would have someone come out and fix everything guaranteed.

Unfortunately, the owner wasn't true to his word. We had leaks at various points (the worst being right in front of our front door at the overhang which is part of a veranda roof) and repeated telephone calls as well as emails to this man went unanswered and ignored.

We were very disappointed and would never recommend this company to anyone as a result.

Entered a written contract with them, ordered the supplies, paid and had supplies delivered and then 3 weeks of nothing. Excuses were continuous and phone numbers changed. Couldn't get a hold of them.

After having entered into a written contract, Top Drawer refused to attend at my house to perform eavestrough repairs. Top Drawer misrepresented to me for over 2 months and kept insisting they would attend to perform the repairs. Finally, they admitted they never intended on performing the contract. Even after I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, the work was never performed with absolutely no explanation.
