I've had CoreTemp installing my new Lennox furnace recently.
Richard responded quickly to my request for the quote. He has answered all my questions to help choose the right product.
The CoreTemp crew has installed my furncace quickly and professionally. Again Richard has explained everything I needed to know about the product and has called me back within half an hour the next day when I've had a question. Janice was very helpful taking care of all the paper work included.

Left a message for Richard on Sunday as my A/C was not working. Few hours later he called back and setup appointment for following day. Eric arrived on schedule and tried a few things but could not get to work. Was determined A/C unit needed replacing. A quick call to Richard and scheduled for next day for replacement. Richard and Eric arrived on time, were fast, proficient and professional. Had my house cooling back down in no time. Would highly recommend CoreTemp for any A/C, Heating issues. Richard is upfront and listens which are traits that I value tremendously. When I called Richard, I told him that I already had an AC technician in to diagnose my AC unit. The diagnosis was that there was a coolant leak (the inside of the furnace/AC was turning into a block of ice instead of cooling the house) and the technician's solution was to flush the system, fill it with nitrogen to find the leak(s) and then recharge the system with coolant. It was described that this would be an arduous process that would cost $800 to $1200. Alternatively, I could buy a new system for about $3000. Both of these options seemed too costly so I was looking for a second opinion.

Richard said that the proposed solution was overdoing it and he said that he would examine the system for the most common leak points based on his many years of experience, address them and then recharge the system with coolant. He found the leak right away, dealt with it and recharged the system and this cost me about $350.

Richard also increased the fan speed because the upper level of the house wasn't cooling very well.

I am pleased to say that the house now reaches the set temperature quickly throughout the house. Thank you Richard.

Richard came promptly when my A/C broke down during the heat wave and got it runing for the weekend and showed up on Monday to replace the A/C on time and on budget.

CoreTemp provided a very fine Lennox system at a competitive price. They've always been responsive and professional.
We had a unique installation situation which necessitated having Erik and Richard return months after the initial installation to work with our landscapers for the final configuration of the venting. They willingly and cheerfully returned on a couple of occasions to complete the installation.
The Lennox system they installed is wonderful. Quiet, even heating and AC. No more loud machinery and fans. No more noticeable temperature fluctutations. And areas which were previously too hot (in summer) or too cold (in winter) are now comfortable all the time.
We highly recommend them.

From the initial sales call and quote right through to purchase and installation, I was impressed with Richard and his team. The customer service provided was above and beyond expectations; Richard was able to get our A/C up and running to temporarily keep us going until the installation. The guys dropped by and replaced my furnace a couple of weeks ago and just replaced the thermostat today. They actually fixed an issue on my old furnace, no charge, until they replaced it as well. The service was great and the guys were friendly and responsive.
