This company was great. Not only did they show up when they said they were going to, they showed up a bit early! Richard was very open and honest about the things that needed to be done and was great at explaining what he was going to be doing. We were told from another company that we couldn't vent our furnace directly outside because we were below grade so we would have to do it through the chimney and that required alot more expense. I told Richard this and he asked me for a shovel and went outside to see how "below grade" we were and it was only a couple inches that he had to dig! The other company didn't even go outside!
Needless to say we are very happy that we found this company and we will be using them from now on for anything that we need done with regards to heating and air.
