Richard definitely goes the extra mile. He did everything to my satisfaction when he installed my AC and tankless water heater.
Also, when I needed my furnace checked right away on a cold SUNDAY morning I called Richard. He picked up and had a guy over the next day! Who can you call these days on a SUNDAY! Thanks Richard.
