I called Richard and immediately he was very helpful. He even came out on short notice on the weekend to repair our furnace. I liked his approach because there were two potential problems with our furnace. Rather than insisting that It must be the more expensive problem, he recommended fixing the least expensive problem first by replacing a component and sure enough he was right. I could have paid way more than was needed but his honesty saved me.
